We are seeking a dedicated and experienced recruiter to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. The candidate must be proficient in English and available to work within the UA time zone to ensure seamless collaboration with our existing team. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies. Sourcing candidates through various channels (online platforms, databases, networking). Conducting initial screenings and interviews. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation.
