We are seeking a dedicated and experienced recruiter to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet our organizational needs. This role requires strong communication skills and a proven track record in recruitment. The candidate must be proficient in English and available to work within the UA time zone to ensure seamless collaboration with our existing team. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies. Sourcing candidates through various channels (online platforms, databases, networking). Conducting initial screenings and interviews. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. Maintaining a positive candidate experience. We are looking for a proactive individual who can adapt to a dynamic work environment and contribute significantly to our talent acquisition efforts.
