We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth & SEO Performance Manager to spearhead the SEO strategy across three distinct websites:
epsclean.com.au,
epspaint.com.au, and
epsolution.com.au. The primary objective is to drive high-value leads and revenue through a meticulously structured, data-driven marketing funnel.
This strategic role is focused on attracting and converting clients within the Construction, Industrial, and Commercial segments, with residential clients being a secondary focus. A critical aspect of this position involves ensuring each website maintains a clear purpose and that keyword cannibalization is effectively prevented across the domains.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Owning and executing the comprehensive SEO strategy across all three websites, ensuring clearly defined roles for each.
- Building and managing a targeted keyword universe (120–200 terms) specifically focused on securing high-value contracts.
- Implementing strategies to prevent keyword cannibalization by assigning the most relevant keywords to the appropriate domain.
- Optimizing the entire conversion funnel, from initial leads to contacted prospects, quotes, closed deals, and ultimately, revenue generation.
- Tracking and reporting detailed performance metrics by website, client segment, and marketing channel.
- Maintaining a strong focus on high-value segments: Construction, Industrial, and Commercial.
- Applying geo-targeting strategies judiciously, only where lead quality and return on investment are demonstrably proven.
- Continuously optimizing performance based on search engine rankings, lead quality, and overall revenue contribution.
What Success Looks Like in this Role:
- A significant increase in qualified leads originating from high-value client segments.
- Clear and measurable revenue contribution attributed to each managed website.
- Strong and sustained rankings for critical "money keywords" in target markets.
- Achieved scalable growth towards ambitious revenue targets, such as $80,000+ per month.
Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year of proven experience in SEO and/or Growth marketing roles.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing SEO strategies for multiple websites concurrently.
- A strong understanding of technical SEO principles, advanced keyword strategy, and effective site architecture.
- Proficiency with leading analytics tools, including GA4, Google Search Console, and industry-standard platforms like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- The ability to clearly connect SEO performance metrics directly to tangible business revenue outcomes.
