We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Manager / Growth Marketer to join our team. This role requires a professional who can own and execute marketing campaigns across multiple brands, with a strong focus on delivering tangible results such as leads, revenue, engagement, and conversions. We are looking for a hands-on executor, not just a strategist.
Core responsibilities include planning, launching, and optimizing marketing campaigns from end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing 2-4 brands simultaneously without any drop in quality. This involves creating and overseeing content strategies, developing marketing funnels, managing email marketing initiatives, executing paid advertising campaigns, and handling social media presence. You will be responsible for tracking performance, reporting results weekly, and collaborating closely with operations, sales, and leadership teams.
Required experience includes a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, supported by a portfolio or case studies demonstrating real outcomes. Experience managing multiple brands or clients concurrently is essential, along with strong execution capabilities across various digital channels. Fluency in English or Spanish is required, with proficiency in both languages being highly preferred.
Key skills for this role include campaign creation and optimization, analytics and performance tracking, and familiarity with automation and AI tools. The ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines is crucial.
