Experienced Odoo Crm Expert for Troubleshooting, Automation, and Integrations

We are seeking a highly experienced Odoo CRM expert to assist our team. We are relatively new to Odoo and require someone who can quickly diagnose and resolve issues, as well as help us optimize our platform usage. Currently, we are experiencing critical email issues where messages are not being sent correctly, along with several CRM automation problems that need immediate diagnosis and resolution.

We are specifically looking for a professional with at least 3+ years of hands-on Odoo experience and hundreds of hours working within Odoo CRM. The ideal candidate should be an expert-level Odoo CRM developer or consultant, not someone who is still learning the platform or requires extensive research for basic Odoo functionalities.

Beyond these immediate fixes, we anticipate ongoing work for the right individual. This will include:
- Building and improving CRM automations
- Creating integrations with outside platforms
- Working with APIs and webhooks
- Enhancing existing Odoo workflows
- Troubleshooting various technical issues
- Developing AI-powered automations within and around Odoo

We need a technically strong individual who works efficiently and can quickly understand our existing Odoo setup to identify and rectify problems without a prolonged learning curve.
