Experienced Portuguese/English Project Manager

About the opportunity:
We need an experienced project manager with proven experience in dealing with complex, constant-changing situations and leaders. So please read this posting carefully and only apply if you’re sure you’re the one.

The requirement is:
Having proven track records of successfully managing projects - marketing related preferred
Communicate to the CEO and translate them into tasks + assign them;
Planning the projects, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables;
Ensure that everyone on the team is producing and communicating;
Coordinate with clients in order to get everything needed ASAP to avoid delay in the projects

Other requirements:
Must be fluent in Portuguese
Must have excellent written and verbal English skills;
Must have great organizational skills;
Must be persistent, a great problem-solver, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting tight deadlines
Must be located in the Americas or willing to work in EST timezone (no exceptions)
Work under usa calendar (holidays etc), and be able to travel to the usa if needed
