We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to take charge of and significantly grow the Twitter presence for our DeFi project. The primary goal is to engage and expand our crypto-native audience through strategic content and active community management. The role involves daily content creation, including in-depth market analysis, timely project updates, and educational threads explaining complex DeFi concepts. The manager will be responsible for scheduling tweets during peak crypto activity hours, actively engaging with key influencers, and responding to community replies to foster a vibrant and interactive environment. Monitoring trending hashtags and narratives within the crypto space is essential to ensure content relevance and maximize reach. Additionally, the role requires organizing and hosting weekly Twitter Spaces with guest speakers to drive discussion and thought leadership. Key deliverables for this project include a comprehensive content calendar, monthly analytics reports detailing follower growth, engagement rates, impression growth, and Twitter Space attendance, as well as a detailed community engagement strategy document.
