We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced US Licensed Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess at least 3 years of proven experience working within the insurance industry. A valid US license is a mandatory requirement for this role. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, comprehensive administrative support, efficient data entry, professional email management, precise scheduling, and various general office tasks. The ability to handle customer inquiries and provide support specific to insurance operations will be highly valued. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and reliable individual with excellent communication skills who can integrate seamlessly into our operations. This is an ongoing hourly position.
