Rogers Systems Solutions, a CRM implementation and automation consulting firm, is seeking a HubSpot Implementation Specialist. This role focuses on helping clients optimize HubSpot, Salesforce, and GoHighLevel platforms.
We are looking for a skilled professional to assist with various client projects, including onboarding, CRM configuration, automation buildouts, reporting, and documentation.
Responsibilities include:
* Configure HubSpot properties to meet client needs.
* Create and optimize sales and marketing pipelines.
* Build robust workflows and automation sequences.
* Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
* Manage contact imports and ensure data cleanup and integrity.
* Thoroughly test all implementations to ensure functionality.
* Record clear walkthroughs and tutorials for clients.
* Document all solutions and configurations for future reference.
Requirements for this role:
* Proven experience with HubSpot implementation.
* Strong understanding of lifecycle stages within a CRM.
* Demonstrated experience with building workflows and automation.
* Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred qualifications:
* HubSpot Certifications are highly valued.
* Experience with integration tools such as Zapier or Make.
* Background in Revenue Operations (RevOps).
This position will start on a project basis, with significant potential for ongoing work as our client portfolio continues to expand.
