Part-Time Lead Generation & Sales Support (Phone Outreach – Us Market)

We are a small premium cigar company based in Austin, Texas looking to hire a part-time Sales Operations Assistant to support our outreach, lead qualification, and sales pipeline development.

This role involves professional phone communication, structured outreach, and CRM organization. You will help us contact cigar lounges and retail shops across the United States to introduce our brand, identify decision-makers, and help move qualified accounts through our sales pipeline.

Your work will include both cold outreach to new shops and follow-up calls with businesses that have already received product samples. The goal is not aggressive selling, but professional communication, qualification, and helping guide interested accounts toward the next step in our process.

This position works directly with the founders and plays an important role in helping us grow our retail network.

Responsibilities include:

Make outreach calls to cigar shops and lounges to introduce our brand

Confirm sampler deliveries and follow up with accounts that have received samples

Identify and document decision-makers (owner, buyer, manager)

Conduct qualification conversations with retail accounts

Log call notes clearly in a spreadsheet or CRM

Help organize follow-up schedules for founders (when required)

Assist with contact discovery for shops without email contact information

This role includes outbound calling and outreach, but the focus is on professional conversations, relationship-building, and qualification, not aggressive telemarketing.

Requirements:

Fluent or near-fluent English

Comfortable making professional phone calls

Strong listening and note-taking skills

Reliable internet connection

Organized and detail-oriented

Prior customer service, lead generation, or sales support experience preferred

Workload:

Approximately 8–10 hours per week

Flexible schedule with 2–3 call blocks per week
