Video consiste em, Criar um projeto .NET 5 padrao (new project default do visual studio), colocar no Azure DevOps (free version) configurar CI/CD para publicar em servidor local (On Premise), Hospedar em IIS, Apache, Kernel tanto faz (seria bom ter as duas versoes, em Linux e Windows), e usar o let encrypt para colocar o certificado SSL na hospedagem
