We’re looking for an enthusiastic  Fieldwork Coordinator for the German Market!  It is a freelance contracted relationship with us, where you can work fully flexibly, and get paid based on number of scheduled & completed shops.  So both in location and work schedule you are independent, we provide the assignments in quarterly waves, and follow-up with results progress monthly, and pay based on completions.

What is this role about?
This position is all about finding and matching the right people to the right projects, at the right time and ensuring the completion of shop visits.
Occasionally it includes own mystery shop visits as well, to have hands-on experience on all projects.

This role is for You, if… - You speak English and German fluently - You have excellent communication skills and able to explain tasks in an inspiring way - You are patient, proactive and you enjoy managing and organizing in your own rhythm, and able to deliver results on deadline - You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - You would like to be part of a diverse and international network, with learning opportunities. - You prefer working from home on your own schedule, and you are result oriented and responsible. The assignments come in quarterly / eventually monthly waves, there can be 'low' and 'peak' periods, which you can balance out with proactivity. How can you apply?
