Full-Stack Developer for Gold Retail Pos & Compliance Mobile/Web App in Oman

We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer or technical co-founder to design and build a robust, bulletproof Point of Sale (POS) and compliance mobile/web application tailored for gold retail shops in Oman. The primary goal is to create an extremely simple user interface while integrating complex functionalities to ensure security, accuracy, and fraud prevention.

Key features required for this application include:
1.  Workers Security & KYC: Implement a system for passport/ID registration for all workers, coupled with a 1-click flight risk alert system to enhance security and compliance.
2.  Hardware Scale & VAT Billing: Develop seamless integration with digital weighing scales. The system must auto-lock the weight from the scale, accurately calculate a 5% VAT, and generate thermal receipts for transactions.
3.  Anti-Fraud & Dynamic Rate: Integrate a real-time market gold rate feed to lock in prices at the time of transaction, preventing overcharging and ensuring fair pricing for customers.
4.  Simple Stock & Cash Ledger: Automate inventory management by deducting gold stock and updating cash ledgers instantly upon every buy and sell transaction, ensuring accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full-stack development, with a proven ability to handle hardware integration (Bluetooth/USB) and deliver a highly intuitive and simple user experience.
