We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Consultant, this is an exceptional growth and development opportunity for Customer Centric individuals to assist in the delivery of exceptional customer experiences on behalf of our clients.
Consultant specialist with a minimum C1 English level, to work for Geo Strategy Latin-American responding to customer inquiries by providing exceptional service during each interaction.
As a consultant, you are required to greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedure, listen attentively to customers’ needs and concerns, probe for understanding, demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport and use resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer.
