Hiring Ai Lead Engineer / Senior Ai/Ml Engineer for Remote Long-Term Project

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Lead Engineer or Senior ai/ml engineer to join our team for a long-term, remote contract-based position. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate near-native fluency in English. This role involves working approximately 20 hours per week.

Technical Skill Set:

Generative ai & llm systems: expertise in large language models (llms), retrieval-augmented generation (rag), prompt engineering, ai agents, semantic search, embeddings, and vector databases.

Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Proficient in model training, fine-tuning, model evaluation, and experienced with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.

AI Infrastructure & MLOps: Knowledgeable in model deployment, ci/cd for ml, monitoring and observability, inference optimization, and distributed ai systems.

Backend & Distributed Systems: Strong programming skills in Python, C++, C#, .net, with experience in developing rest apis, microservices, and scalable architectures.

Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native applications.

Data & Systems: Experience with data pipelines, etl processes, sql, and real-time data processing.
