I need customer service agent to provide support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.  This customer service agent project involves tasks such as organizing meetings and travel arrangements, responding to inquiries, and implementing office procedures and systems. These customer service agent may also be referred to as Administrative Coordinators or Administrative Specialists.
