Implementar herramienta de CRM ya existente (ejemplo Zoho o alguna similar) para seguimiento de contactos y oportunidades de venta.
Necesidad de automatizar consultas recibidas a un mail e ingresarlas en el CRM para su seguimiento.

Recomendar la mejor herramienta que cumpla con las necesidades que tenemos.
Implementar la herramienta, capacitando a los usuarios.
Soporte de la herramienta en caso de ser necesario.
