Commission: 1%–2% of closed monthly revenue (paid monthly)
Target Revenue: $50,000–$70,000 per month

The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this full-time role, you’ll be on the frontlines of our customer experience—engaging directly with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our services.

This is not a cold calling job. Every lead you speak to has either:
Called us directly
Submitted a form on our website
Texted us looking for more information

You’ll guide them through the sales process, provide information about our services, share accurate quotes, set expectations, and—most importantly—close the deal.

What You'll Do
Handle inbound calls, text messages, and form submissions from prospective customers
Provide accurate quotes and explain the value of Caddy Moving’s services
Deliver a first-class customer experience with every interaction
Set clear expectations about our service process, timeline, and pricing
Keep CRM records organized and updated
Convert warm leads into scheduled moving jobs (expect to close over 25% of leads)

What We're Looking For
1+ year of sales or customer service experience (moving industry a plus, not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in closing high-volume leads and handling fast-paced conversations
Self-starter with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work consistent hours with weekend flexibility
