We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic DMARC Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in email security and be eager to learn new technologies. As a DMARC Implementation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to implement projects related to email and spoofing protection, working closely with our Engineers, end users, external vendors, and project staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement DMARC, DKIM, and SPF
• Monitor DMARC reports and assist with data analysis
• Collaborate with engineers and project staff to ensure the successful execution of projects
• Assist with refining business processes to improve security and efficiency
• Support the transition to operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
• Address technical issues and concerns raised by end users
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
• Strong interest in email security and a desire to learn new technologies
• Good understanding of SMTP Mail and DNS
• Familiarity with Linux or Microsoft servers (a nice to have)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to work flexible hours depending on client base and communication needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
