We're seeking an Inside Sales Agent to join our real estate team and drive lead conversion through our Sierra Interactive CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture leads through Sierra Interactive CRM
Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to prospects
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales agents
Maintain accurate lead categorization, tagging, and CRM updates
Provide regular progress reports and conversion metrics
Required Qualifications:
Located in the United States (or can meet other criteria)
Proven experience with Sierra Interactive CRM (of Follow Up Boss)
US Based Phone to Connect to Our Dialer (not voip)
excellent english communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
real estate sales experience strongly preferred
self-motivated with strong organizational skills
tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
