Position Overview:
IURIS International, a new and rapidly growing consulting firm in Indonesia, is seeking a skilled and driven Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer at IURIS, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing web applications that integrate seamlessly with our strategic consulting services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that align with our commitment to innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Create and implement web applications using modern frameworks and tools that support our clients’ needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with ui/ux designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-focused, high-performance solutions.
Code Quality and Performance: Troubleshoot, debug, and conduct regular code reviews to ensure optimal functionality and maintain the integrity of our applications.
Security and Scalability: Ensure that all web applications are secure, scalable, and align with IURIS International’s standards of excellence.
Qualifications:

Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a portfolio of successful projects.
Front-End Proficiency: Strong command of front-end technologies such as html, css, and javascript.
Back-End Mastery: In-depth knowledge of back-end technologies, including Node.js and Python, with a focus on creating robust, scalable applications.
Database Management: Hands-on experience with database management and integration, particularly with MySQL and MongoDB.
Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git, ensuring seamless collaboration and code management.
Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving technical challenges.
Effective Communication: Strong communication skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
