Our target audience consists of affluent Americans from California, Arizona, and Texas, including executives, business owners, investors, retirees, and golf enthusiasts, who are exploring relocation, retirement, second homes, golf communities, and luxury real estate opportunities.

We are not starting from scratch; we possess a robust and expanding content library, including YouTube videos, SEO articles, social media content, relocation guides, and golf community content. We currently maintain a content pipeline of one to two months ahead.

Key Responsibilities:
* Repurpose existing content into engaging LinkedIn-native posts.
* Create compelling posts derived from our YouTube videos and articles.
* Develop LinkedIn carousel and PDF content to showcase our expertise.
* Optimize both personal profiles and the company page for maximum impact.
* Generate new content focused on relocation, retirement, golf communities, luxury lifestyle, and real estate investing in Los Cabos.
* Strategically grow relevant connections and followers.
* Actively engage with targeted audiences and participate in professional conversations.
* Recommend and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn growth strategy.
* Track performance metrics and provide actionable suggestions for continuous improvement.
