Logistics and shipping manager

• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
• Working to achieve to the best prices for shipping from trucking companies, shipping lines and freight
forwarders.
• Handling and make booking for transportation, containers & RORO shipments from Canada, USA, Europe,
Australia, New Zealand and Egypt to USA, Dominican Republic, Europe and Egypt.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
• Creating ACID number, with a good background at Nafeza.
• Dealing with CargoX as well, including creating commercial invoice, packing list and filling the electronic
invoice, and then uploading docs.
• Filling customs & shipping documents like; EPA Form, ISF, Eur1, vgm excel and bol.
• Dealing with customs brokers at USA, Europe & Egypt.
• Tracking and follow-up planning, production, shipping, documentation, and clearance confirming arrival in
full on time.
