Looking for a virtual assistant to help with marketing my Amazon eBooks with the following conditions:

1. The right candidate must be fluent in writing, reading, and speaking English.
2. I am looking for an experienced freelancer to collect and swap verified kindle reviews as well as understanding Amazon's Review Policy to avoid collected reviews getting flagged or removed as time goes by.
3. Freelancer ought to be using their own US Amazon account for posting reviews.
4. Payment will be released only after 3 days when completion of reviews.
5. My budget is USD 2 per review.
