Mass Recruitment and Coordination for Egocentric Video Collection (120 Content Creators)

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced freelancer to manage the recruitment and coordination of 120 local content creators for our 'EgoCentric' video collection project.

This is a large-scale initiative focused on capturing authentic day-to-day life and commercial activities across various countries.

Project Scope:
Recruit 120 individuals who meet specific criteria for video content creation. Coordinate the ongoing submission of video footage from these content creators.

Content Requirements:
Filming of daily household tasks such as cleaning dishes, doing laundry, and making the bed. Filming within commercial environments, including factories, landscaping sites, kitchen staff operations, and hotel staff activities. This component aims to provide staff with additional earning opportunities.

Target Countries for Recruitment:
Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Venezuela.

Ideal Candidate Profile (for the 120 content creators to be recruited):
Must have regular access to the types of tasks mentioned above (both household and commercial).
Must possess a high-quality smartphone for filming: iPhone 12 or newer, Google Pixel 6 or newer, or Samsung Galaxy S21 or newer.
Capable of consistently producing and submitting 15 or more hours of footage per week.
Bonus Qualifications (for content creators): Possession of a headset suitable for EgoCentric filming.
Ability to commence filming immediately.

The selected freelancer will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing these content creators to ensure a steady flow of high-quality video content that aligns with the EgoCentric collection's vision.
