We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented freelancer based in Ireland to act as a mystery buyer. The primary goal of this project is to evaluate the online purchasing experience for food supplements and provide comprehensive feedback on the customer journey.
Scope of Work:
1. Purchase the designated food supplements from a provided online link. The client will supply the specific product link.
2. Capture several clear, high-quality photographs of the product and its packaging upon receipt. These images should document the condition of the package and product.
3. Complete a questionnaire consisting of 10 short questions detailing your experience from the initial online purchase process to the final product reception. Feedback should cover ease of use, delivery time, packaging, and overall satisfaction.
Additional Information:
The client will cover all associated expenses for the product and shipping. This is a one-time project focused on gathering valuable insights into the customer journey to help improve our service. We are looking for a freelancer who can execute this task efficiently and provide objective, detailed feedback.
