I need a customer support agent that will call by phone our cash on delivery customers and confirm their orders, by confirming their address, city, zip code and if they want the product they ordered in the website. We need agent disponible in Spain time zone and that speaks spanish fluently. This is a full time job with a monthly salary and the performance is rated by the rates of confirmation.
