I’m looking for an Operations Manager who can take complete ownership of running the day-to-day in my business. Someone who thinks ahead, solves problems before they happen, and doesn’t need hand-holding.

I've been through multiple hires who either move too slow, can’t think on their feet, or wait for instructions instead of taking initiative. I need a real A-player—someone who will treat my business like their own, who thrives on making things run efficiently, and who wants to be part of something long-term.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
✅ Managing Client Projects – Making sure deliverables are completed on time, deadlines are met, and clients are happy.
✅ Creator & Talent Sourcing – Finding and recruiting the right UGC creators, podcast guests, and video editors. If a creator falls through, you quickly find a replacement instead of waiting days for a response.
✅ Team & Project Management – Ensuring tasks are completed, following up with team members, and keeping everything organized.
✅ Client Communication & Support – Responding to clients professionally and in real-time (no delayed replies or robotic messages).
✅ Hiring & Recruiting – Sourcing, vetting, and onboarding A-players for roles like video editors, appointment setters, and lead gen specialists.
✅ Proactive Problem-Solving – If something isn’t working, you fix it. You take ownership and figure out solutions without waiting for direction.
✅ Financial & Admin Tasks – Managing invoices, tracking expenses, and making sure operations run smoothly.

What I’m Looking For:
👉 Extreme Proactiveness – You don’t wait for me to tell you what to do. You anticipate problems before they happen.
👉 Speed & Urgency – I need someone who moves FAST. No waiting around for days to complete a task that should take a few hours.
👉 US or Overlapping Time Zones Preferred – A lot of our work is time-sensitive, and I can’t afford to have key tasks waiting 12+ hours because of time differences.
👉 Strong Communication Skills – You know how to write clear, professional, and engaging messages (not robotic AI-sounding ones).
👉 Detail-Oriented & Organized – Nothing slips through the cracks. You keep everything in check and follow up without being reminded.
👉 Resourceful & Independent – You figure things out and don’t rely on me for constant direction.

Who This Role is NOT For:
❌ People who wait to be told what to do and don’t take initiative.
❌ People who move slow and struggle to make decisions.
❌ People who only “follow instructions” but can’t think critically.

Compensation & Hours:
