Outbound Call Specialist for Usa Consumer Lead Generation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Call Specialist to conduct telemarketing calls to individual consumers across the United States. The primary objective of this role is to follow up on qualified leads for our physical product.

The successful freelancer will be provided with training highlighting the product's key benefits to support the sales process. Responsibilities include sharing additional product information as needed, confirming each prospect's interest level, and accurately capturing essential details for our in-house sales team to follow up.

Key deliverables for this project include daily call notes and a neatly organized lead sheet (spreadsheet or CRM export, based on the freelancer's preference).

Essential requirements for this role include a smooth, friendly phone manner and native English proficiency, as all calls will be consumer-facing. While prior experience in U.S. Telemarketing or lead-generation campaigns for tangible products is highly valued and will facilitate a faster ramp-up, we are prepared to provide thorough briefing on our product's value proposition. We are looking for a freelancer who can start quickly and maintain a strong conversion-focused approach. We will discuss specific call volume targets and timelines with suitable candidates.

40 hours/week from February 2026, $10/hr.
