Brief description:

pinterest marketing manager needed. Will be responsible for creating compelling content for our Pinterest account, building up impressions, clicks, and followers on our Pinterest account, increasing traffic to our page and sales of our products, developing a Pinterest strategy and process that works best for our particular niche/business, and creating a pin template library. We would like someone we can work with long term.

skills & requirements:

excellent english reading and writing
comfortable using canva, google drive, google docs/sheets, asana
ability to do basic short video editing (putting clips together, adding captions, etc)
make visually appealing and creative photo and video pins
make catchy titles
good eye for graphic design
find good keywords to target on pinterest
social media savvy, ability to spot trends on other social media sites (tiktok, instagram, youtube, etc) and apply them to our pinterest account
self management, accountability, punctual with deadlines
ability to take initiative, figure things out, find solutions
good internet connection
knowledge of how to use pinterest and build traffic so you can help us develop a successful pinterest strategy that drives traffic and sales to our products
**copywriting skills are a big plus–ability to write copy that speaks to a particular type of customer and addresses their pain points, desires, and speaks to them in their particular “customer language”

daily tasks:

make 10-20 pins per day (about 300 per month) of different kinds (idea pins, photo pins, video pins, slideshow pins, etc)
write pin descriptions and catchy headlines for pins
upload pins to pinterest
manually post 10-15 pins
schedule pins in pinterest scheduler

weekly tasks:

create weekly report, analyzing the results of your work, how much traffic you generated, and identifying challenges, and proposing how to solve them

other tasks:

over time, you will be helping to…

create pin template library
create sop documents explaining our pinterest strategy and process based on what works and doesn’t work for us

communication & reporting:

daily marking off tasks in asana as they are completed
daily email summarzing what you completed and how your work day went
weekly report analyzing your results
monthly video meeting with management to strategize and assess what is working and not working and provide your ideas on how to improve the upcoming month

compensation:

30 day trial period will start at $300 usd the first month, then $450/month, with potential for quarterly bonuses if targets are met, and a salary increase after a year. Paid holidays, paid birthday, paid vacation days. Will be paid weekly after each week's tasks are completed.
