We need an expert to implement our PractOS (GoHighLevel white-label) automation for Youth (medical/wellness). The build revolves around three flows:
    1.    Membership billing (BNPL → Subscription)

    •    Month-1 is a Stripe invoice so patients can use Buy Now, Pay Later.
    •    After payment, send a Stripe Customer Portal link to add a card on file.
    •    Automatically create a Stripe Subscription (💠 Core $64.99/mo or 🔶 Pro $89.99/mo) via Zapier/webhook.
    •    Update PractOS Opportunity fields (Paid At, Next Charge Date, EOM Session Due) and trigger Care reminders.

    2.    Protocol Sales → Fulfillment (labs-gated)

    •    Each protocol is a one-time invoice (separate from membership).
    •    On payment, spawn a Fulfillment deal that moves through: Labs Ordered → Waiting → Ready to Order → Ordered → Shipped → Delivered.
    •    Send stage-based email/SMS (labs ordered, tracking, delivered). No PHI in messages.

    3.    Care & Dunning + Practice Better paywall

    •    Care loop: reminders at 14/7/3/1 days before the included EOM session; on completion, return to Active.
    •    Dunning: subscription renewal fail triggers Day1/3/5/7 cadence; Day10 = suspend and flip Practice Better paywall; reactivate on recovery.

Deliverables
    •    3 PractOS pipelines (Membership/Care, Protocol Sales, Fulfillment) with required fields by stage.
    •    Workflows for Month-1 invoice, card capture, subscription start; protocol invoice & fulfillment handoff; care reminders; dunning + PB paywall.
    •    Zapier recipes: invoice.paid (Month-1) → Portal link; card added → Create Subscription; renewal failed → Dunning.
    •    10 email/SMS templates loaded; Stripe Test-mode UAT plan; concise runbook for go-live.

Stack
PractOS (GHL), Stripe Billing (Invoices, Subscriptions, Customer Portal), Zapier (or tiny middleware), Practice Better API (paywall/tags).

Must-have
GHL/PractOS automations, Stripe Billing, Zapier/webhooks, API hygiene (idempotency, secrets). Healthcare awareness (no phi in crm).

Contexto general del proyecto

Who we are: Kendall Wellness Center d.b.a. Youth. Program: The Youth Reset with memberships (💠 Core $64.99/mo, 🔶 Pro $89.99/mo) and paid protocols (e.g., Tirzepatide, Sermorelin, nad+, bpc). Why the BNPL → Subscription design: Month-1 must allow BNPL to lower friction; ongoing billing should be a true Stripe subscription for clean MRR/dunning/proration. Pipelines we already use (in PractOS): • Membership/Care: Lead → Ready to Invoice → Invoice Sent → Paid (Active) → Care (book/complete) → Past Due → Suspended → Canceled. • Protocol Sales: Ready to Invoice (Protocol) → Invoice Sent (Protocol) → Paid (Protocol) → Closed. • Fulfillment: New Order → Labs Ordered → Waiting for Labs → Ready to Order → Ordered → Shipped → Delivered. Practice Better (EHR): • Source of truth for clinical. On first protocol purchase, create PB package instance and tag. • If membership becomes delinquent (Day10), set paywall off (or tag/disable chat as fallback). Reactivate on recovery. Messaging & value: • Benefits copy is centralized in Custom Values and stamped into emails and Stripe invoice footer so patients always see what they’re paying for. Pharmacies/Labs (operational notes): • Preferred pharmacies: Pearl, CRE8, Southend, Hallandale, CasaPharma (Empower last-resort). • Some protocols require labs (e.g., Metabolic panel for glp-1s, igf-1 for gh peptides). Fulfillment stages account for this. Security/Compliance: • No PHI stored in PractOS or logs; PB remains clinical system. Stripe handles PCI; secrets kept in Zapier/middleware vaults. What we’ll provide to you: • PractOS sub-account (test) access • Stripe Test access + Price IDs (Month-1, Core/Pro MRR, protocols) • Zapier access (or a lightweight webhook endpoint) • Practice Better API credentials & sample client IDs • Pipelines/fields schema, stage requirements • Email/sms templates, sending domain (spf/dkim), sms/a2p details • benefits copy & sop highlights (labs rules, pharmacy routing) • brand assets (logo/colors), reply-to mailbox what we want from you: • a cost/timeline estimate and milestone plan • any additional inputs you need from us (short checklist) • a brief approach to: month-1 bnpl → portal → subscription; day10 suspend with pb paywall; error handling/logging.
