Process Documentation & Sop Creation for Immigration Consulting Onboarding

I am seeking an experienced freelancer to help structure and document the operational processes for my immigration consulting business, which focuses on assisting Brazilians moving to Ireland. While I have a validated offer and existing clients, my operations currently lack formal structure.

This initial engagement is a TEST project, with a maximum duration of 5-10 hours, and a preference for a fixed price. If successful, there is a strong potential for ongoing collaboration to document additional processes (e.g., Service delivery, client support).

Scope for the initial test project:

*  Analyze current client onboarding procedures (details will be provided via call or voice notes).
*  Develop a clear, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for client onboarding.
*  Structure the client journey for the critical first 7-15 days post-purchase.
*  Propose actionable improvements to enhance process efficiency and scalability.

Deliverables:

*  One complete onboarding SOP, clearly documented and actionable.
*  A basic structure for the client journey during the initial days after service purchase.
*  All documentation to be organized and delivered in Notion or Google Docs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

*  Proven experience with service-based businesses, consulting, or online business operations.
*  Demonstrated ability to create SOPs and document complex processes effectively.
*  Possesses a practical, results-oriented mindset, focusing on implementable solutions.
