We're hiring a reliable Virtual Assistant to handle phone calls, quote delivery, scheduling, and admin support for a fence installation and repair business. This is a fully remote role with flexible pacing — you can work on other tasks during downtime, but must be responsive during phone hours.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from customers (professional tone required)
Give estimates for fence installation, gate repair, and white vinyl fencing
Schedule jobs and manage workflows in Housecall Pro
Coordinate team availability and customer time slots

Requirements
Excellent spoken English (must be clear and confident on calls)
Prior experience in phone support, customer service, or construction admin
Familiarity with scheduling tools or CRMs (Housecall Pro is a plus)
Ability to work in U.S. Eastern Time zone
Fast, stable internet + quiet work environment

Experience in home services, construction, or materials logistics
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
