I’m an active real estate investor focused on acquiring multifamily and self storage properties across the U.S.

I’m looking for a high-performing cold caller who can go beyond scripts and actually identify real opportunities.

This is not a call center role.
Your job is to create qualified seller conversations, not just make calls.

You will be the first filter in the acquisitions process.



Responsibilities:
    •    Cold call property owners from provided lists
    •    Have natural, unscripted conversations
    •    Identify owners open to selling (not just curious)
    •    Ask key qualifying questions:
    •    Motivation to sell
    •    Timeline
    •    Price expectations
    •    Log detailed notes in CRM
    •    Pass only qualified opportunities



What a Qualified Lead Means:

A lead is considered qualified only if:
    •    Owner is open to selling (now or near term)
    •    Property fits our criteria (multifamily or self storage)
    •    Owner gives realistic expectations
    •    Direct contact is established

Leads that don’t meet this will not count.



Requirements:
    •    Proven experience in real estate cold calling (REQUIRED)
    •    Experience with dialers (Mojo, BatchDialer, CallTools, etc.)
    •    Strong English (clear, confident, natural)
    •    Ability to handle objections professionally
    •    Ability to think and adapt during conversations
    •    Reliable and consistent



Schedule:
    •    Monday to Thursday
    •    1pm to 5pm EST
    •    4 hours per day



Compensation:
    •    Base: $400–$500/month
    •    $15–$25 per qualified lead
    •    $500–$1,000 per closed deal

Top performers will earn significantly more through performance.



Process:
    •    Paid trial (3–5 days)
    •    If performance is strong, this becomes a long-term role
