Real Estate Lead Generator & Data Researcher (LatAm / EST Time Zone)

Point Blank Holdings is expanding! We are a high-tech, modern real estate investment company looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generator & Data Researcher to support our growth in the Tarrant County, Texas market.

The Role:
- Identify on- and off-market property opportunities through in-depth data research and prospecting.
- Source leads using public records, property databases, digital platforms, and real estate tools such as X-Leads.
- Organize and manage lead data within Google Workspace and GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Research property ownership history and opportunity indicators using publicly available information.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1–2 years in lead generation for the US real estate market.
- Skills: Proficiency in public records research, property databases, and digital platforms for lead sourcing.
- Location: South or Latin America (est/cst time zone alignment required).
- Character: Extremely detail-oriented, honest, and proactive. You don't wait for leads — you go find them.
