We are seeking highly motivated and driven Cold Callers / Appointment Setters to join our team for a U.S. Home-improvement campaign. This remote role involves booking qualified appointments with homeowners. The ideal candidate will work from home, follow a proven script, effectively handle basic objections, and schedule meetings for our closers.

What you'll do:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowner lists (dialer will be provided).
- Qualify prospect interest and decision criteria, accurately capturing notes.
- Handle objections professionally and guide prospects to the next step.
- Book appointments and strive to ensure a high show-up rate.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for calls, talk time, qualified appointments, and show rate.

Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (B2, C1+ level) with clear pronunciation and a confident phone presence.
- Prior cold calling or sales experience is required; experience in home services is a plus.
- Stable internet connection (50 Mbps or higher), a reliable USB headset, and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Comfortable using dialers and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Available to work Pacific time hours and consistently achieve targets.

Nice to have:
- Experience in booking appointments within industries such as roofing, solar, HVAC, windows, or general home improvement.
- Demonstrated script discipline and an A/B testing mindset.
- Basic familiarity with show-rate tactics, including appointment reminders and confirmations.
