Dba is a rapidly growing outsourcing contact center serving the usa and canadian markets. We are expanding and looking for a Remote Customer Support Agent with fluent English and Spanish. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity in a professional and friendly team.

✅ Requirements:

Fluent spoken English and Spanish

Ability to stay calm and professional with clients

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

No prior experience required — we provide training

Call center experience is a plus


📌 Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries (no cold calling, no sales)

Provide information about services, promotions, and conditions

Manage scheduling and customer requests

Work with CRM software (training provided)

🕒 Work Schedule:

Full-time, 5 days/week, 8 hours/day + 1h break
