* Bilingual (English and Spanish speaker)
* Fast Learner
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams)
* Great customer services
* Meeting Loan Application Deadlines
* Researching and Correcting Mistakes related to Title, Homeowners Insurance and Appraisal Reports.
* Stable Internet Connection at home
* Create and review mortgage records
* Good knowledge related to the banking industry
* Excellent communication and sales skills
* A degree in finance, economics, or related field (ideal but not a must)

Contexto Geral do Projeto

In this position, the candidate will need to place orders related to the mortgage loan applications such as Appraisal, Title, and Homeowners insurance. But above all, provide great customer services.
