We’re a lean, growing US-based web design company looking for scrappy, ambitious sales reps who want to help small businesses go digital and get rewarded for every deal they bring in. You’ll be one of the first few hires on a team that values honesty, speed, and results. No gatekeepers, no busywork, no fluff.

This is an ongoing opportunity with weekly expectations (calls made, meetings attended, CRM updates, etc.) And monthly payouts based on performance (base + commission). There is no fixed end date and this will continue for as long as both sides are happy with the results. This is not a short gig!

What you’ll do:
Call cold but qualified small business leads in the US and pitch them on clean, affordable websites
Use our script and offer to set appointments and/or close directly
Keep CRM notes up to date and communicate clearly with the team
Work remotely on a flexible schedule

Compensation:
Base pay starting at $300/mo when you hit beginner-friendly weekly benchmarks (live calls made, attending team meetings, etc.)
$75-200+ per closed deal, depending on whether you set or set and close
Uncapped commission. The more you close, the more you earn
Top performers can realistically earn $1200-$1500+ per month

Qualifications:
Fluent in English
Comfortable making sales calls
B2B coldcalling and/or lead generation experience and proof of success strongly preferred
Available during PST (Pacific Time) business hours
You can manage yourself, stick to a process, and show up reliably
You’re hungry to learn, improve, and make money
Preferred: Open to a dual setter-closer role for high-performing setters

This is an independent contractor position. That means flexible hours and no micromanaging, but also no freeloading. Show up, hit your numbers, get paid.
