Job type: Part-Time (flexible)

Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion: Effectively engage and convert cold leads into successful sales.

Sales Negotiation: Navigate and lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes for both the customer and the company.

Closing Deals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by confidently closing deals and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Relationship Building: Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape to articulate the value proposition effectively.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.


Qualifications:

1.    Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on closing deals through persuasive communication.
2.    Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to different client needs and persuade effectively.
3.    Confidence in handling objections and navigating complex sales scenarios with persuasive techniques.
4.    Strong understanding of call answering industry products/services.
5.    Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
6.    Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
7.    Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Pay: Hourly rate + Commissions.
Schedule: Flexible between 9 to 6 p.m. Eastern time (Minimum 2 hours/day) 20hrs week/
