Summary
Full-time, long-term opportunity.

Sales experience required (via phone or in-person).

Looking for a great, charismatic closer with fluent English.

If you speak Spanish, you can take the callers in Spanish too!

No cold calling.

Inbound calls only so the prospective dance students already want the service. Talking to them is like talking to a friend and is fun!

When you're not on the phone with prospects, you'll be helping with written student (customer) support.

About your team
working with a team of 10 remotely who help with all facets of the business, you'll form a close working relationship and bond with your team mates.


SCHEDULE
All times written in PST (Los Angeles time)

• 2-week training: Monday to Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM with a 1 hour break for lunch
• After training: two weeks same schedule
• After that: Saturday, Sunday 10am-3pm, Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm with 1 hour daily break. (You may remove Thursday and add time to a different day if you'd like 2 days off)
• Although these are the official hours, flexibility is helpful. Students call at all hours, 7 days per week. If you're available at flexible hours (and adjust your official hours as needed), you'll close more sales.

2. Student support
• Support current students via written messaging, logging info in database, pulling reports, setting up campaigns etc.


Company culture

• Personal tone: Our communications with students are friendly, fun, and personal. It's like talking to a good friend. When writing, we use emojis and exclamation points and are very personal. We take the opposite approach of large corporations that give robotic, frustrating, not very helpful support. You need to be intuitive and have strong emotional intelligence to feel what the students are needing when they communicate.
