We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team at Association Ambassador. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for producing results by holding at least eight sales meetings with prospects per month and converting one of these prospects into a paying client for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand the sales script and use it effectively in meetings with prospects
• Run meetings with prospects, with the goal of securing a follow-up meeting where a proposal can be presented
• Record meetings and send recordings to the proposal writer
• Run proposal meetings and aim to convert prospects into paying customers
• Dress tidily and maintain a professional background during meetings
• Update meetings in the company's CRM (Hubspot)
Standards:
• All meetings must be recorded
• Meetings should focus on understanding the needs of the customer and asking relevant questions
• Meetings should be highlighted in the company's CRM (Hubspot)
• The representative should aim to set up a follow-up meeting with the customer
• All work must be performed according to company policies and standards, in the spirit of the company's Vision.
You will share your calendar will with us and our sales support manager will set up meetings for you in your calendar.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and a willingness to learn. A prior experience in sales is preferred, but not mandatory. If you are a self-starter with a track record of achieving sales goals, we want to hear from you!
