What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be a trusted advisor to homeowners who need real solutions fast.
We’ll train you on how to:
● Build pipeline using high-intent leads + smart outbound
● Uncover seller motivation and structure win-win deals
● Pitch cash offers, novations, and creative finance options
● Lock up contracts with confidence and urgency
● Work closely with a killer dispo team to get deals sold
Requirements to Apply
● 3+ years of high-level sales experience (phones preferred)
● You must have grit, urgency, emotional intelligence, and the drive to win
● Work ethic must be unmatched—we’re talking late nights, weekends, doing
whatever it takes
● Close 5+ deals/month and you’re making $3,000–$5,000 per
month compensation
● Heavy marketing spend with Inbound leads
