We are an IT company seeking a dedicated Virtual Account Manager to join our team. This is an ongoing role, available for part-time or full-time engagement, requiring exclusive work with our company (no side jobs).
Key Requirements:
- Excellent command of English.
- Willingness to work PST time (7 am - 3 pm Pacific Time).
- Willingness to install and use Time Doctor for time tracking.
- Familiarity with technology (SharePoint, Salesforce, CRM, PowerBI, Wordpress, Website development, Digital Marketing, etc.) Is a plus, but not strictly required as training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with existing customers
- Conduct regular check-in meetings with clients to gauge satisfaction, identify new initiatives/opportunities, and ask for referrals.
- Participate in weekly project calls to listen for potential new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Team to create proposal drafts.
- Work with the Marketing team to revive dead accounts, including cleaning up the CRM and coordinating email/text/LinkedIn outreach.
- Send promotions and newsletters to inactive accounts.
- Accurately update the CRM with activities, opportunities, and contact details.
- Engage in continuous training on company capabilities.
- Provide weekly reports on activities, opportunities, and referrals.
- Support the proposal process, including setting up internal prep meetings and customer meetings, and assisting with proposal deck creation.
