We are seeking a dedicated Shopify Email Support Specialist to manage customer inquiries and order-related emails. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customer emails, handling order tracking, order issues, and general inquiries. You will be provided with a detailed response guide but must also be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.

Our company operates an e-commerce store and requires a customer service representative with a Shopify Collaborator Account to ensure seamless email management. You must be available at least 5 days a week, speak and write fluent/formal English, and have an active WhatsApp account for internal communication. You will be working closely with our team, and if needed, you can reach out to Jess on WhatsApp for assistance.
