Are you a natural people person that enjoys fostering relationships on social media? We want to talk to you! Authentic Connection Media is hiring a Social Media & Sales Coordinator (freelance & always remote!) to nurture and cultivate online relationships for our industry-leading clients.

We’re looking for an individual that is patient, detail-oriented (with the memory of an elephant!), and has high emotional intelligence to join our team of six! It goes without saying that you need to be social media savvy with Instagram & Facebook, but also have customer service experience (sales of any form is a plus!). Bonus points if you have a college degree, marketing background, and any agency or multiple account experience. We support these online figures by generating leads so they can impact more people in line with their driving purpose. Our top priority is to make sure their brand is always accurately represented.

The Social Media & Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing the client relationship through nurturing, cultivating and initiating new leads on their behalf in the DMs - while maintaining the integrity of the brands. The goal is to bring in leads that will become future customers for our clients. We pride ourselves on work-life balance and strive to avoid working weekends or nights.

This role will initially start with 10-15 hours, with potential with upcoming growth to increase long term to 25-30 hours. This is an amazing opportunity to join us at the ground floor - apply now!

Responsibilities:

Client relationship management and communication regarding lead generation via Slack

Initiating and developing leads through social media messaging (sliding into those DMs).

Closing the loop with leads by defined tangible client goals - whether sending a link to a webinar or respective top of the funnel.

Produce weekly client reports and monthly dashboards on metrics.

Detailed documentation of lead generation.

Proactively address concerns with client concerns with team.

Take the initiative with creative problem solutions.

Requirements:

Strong client communication skills that lead to client retention.

Ability to pivot as the client needs with different strategies.

Social media savvy - must understand the dynamics and features of Instagram & Facebook. Past social media coordination preferred.

Strong digital literacy - past G-suite experience required and any additional experience with Asana, LastPass, Airtable, Slack, or other project management software is a plus!

Unparalleled attention to detail and a great memory.

Natural people person and able to build relationships, not just close leads. Prior customer service experience, with sales a plus.

Past experience as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, Digital Marketing Coordinator, or Sales & Marketing Assistant experience will all be considered.

Agency experience or multiple account experience is highly preferred as is a college degree, but not required.

In addition to this, we do offer quarterly sales incentives and quarterly sales competitions

You will be paid bi-weekly via direct deposit

10-15 hours/per week to start, with the potential to increase long term to 20-40 hours/per week

Technical Skills- Social media savvy with Instagram & FB, customer service experience (sales is a plus!). Agency experience or multiple account experience is highly preferred as is a college degree, but not required.
Marketing exp is ideal.


Soft Skills - Individual that is patient, friendly, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. Great memory with a coachable attitude, and high emotional intelligence. Natural problem solver that takes initiative in ambiguous situations.
