Spanish to English Translation

Looking for a spanish to english translator to translate 2 documents (two pages).

Must be translated manually. Cannot use Machine Language/AI (Google Translate etc.).

We will provide Spanish versions in.pdf files. You will return the translated document in .pdf format.

You will need to retain the frame, images, and layout of the original file. If there is a seal, you will say SEAL and next to it write the words that is in the seal.

Must be returned by March 14, 2023 along with a statement of translation accuracy as below:

You will have to attest in a separate .pdf that "the translation is true and accurate version of the English text and that it was translated manually without the help of any AI". Please add your name and your UpWork credential/identification and a link to your Upwork profile.
