Systeme.io Funnel & Automation Specialist for High-Ticket Coaching Business

I’m looking for an experienced Systeme.io specialist to help me build and automate the digital infrastructure for my online coaching business.

I need someone who can take ownership of the technical implementation, not just follow step-by-step instructions.

Main responsibilities:

Build and design landing pages in Systeme.io
Create and optimize sales/lead funnels
Set up email sequences and automations
Integrate Calendly with the funnel
Automate follow-ups after a prospect books a call
Set up tags, segmentation, forms, and workflows
Integrate Facebook/Meta when necessary
Set up Meta Pixel and tracking
Automate webinar delivery
Automate client onboarding after purchase
Connect payment and program-access processes
Test the entire customer journey and troubleshoot issues

The goal:
I want a fully automated journey where a prospect can come from Facebook/Instagram, enter my funnel, receive the appropriate content, book a call, receive follow-ups, purchase, and complete onboarding with minimal manual intervention.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Systeme.io
Experience building funnels and marketing automations
Calendly integration experience
Understanding of Meta/Facebook integrations
Strong attention to detail
Experience with coaching, consulting, digital products, or High-Ticket businesses is a plus
