This is a hands-on tech and automation role working directly with our founders. You'll own our core platforms, build AI-powered workflows, and be a key part of how this company scales. It's not a task-taker position. It's a real ownership role with a real growth path.

Tech & Automation Operations Specialist

We're not looking for someone who can follow a checklist. We're looking for a tech operator — someone who sees a broken system and fixes it before being asked, connects tools the way others connect dots, and gets genuinely excited when a workflow that used to take 3 hours takes 3 minutes.

You'll work directly with the ceo and coo to own our tech stack, automate our operations, and build the systems that keep a fast-scaling, mission-driven company running at its best. We've helped launch nearly 5,000 nonprofits. This role is at the center of what's next.

What you'll own

systems ownership & optimization — own and improve our core tech stack — clickup, ghl, activecampaign, slack, claude, and google workspace. Audit platform usage, build and document workflows, troubleshoot issues, and research new tools that reduce overhead.

AI implementation & automation — Manage and scale Claude across all departments. Build agents and bots for CX, marketing, and sales. Lead AI-powered data and research projects with clean documentation and deliverables. Set up company-wide safety and performance reporting.

Strategic execution support — Act as an extension of the ceo and coo. Automate business documentation filing with government agencies. Build business system reporting and support data enhancement projects.

Who you are

- 2+ years hands-on experience managing tech platforms, automations, or business systems
- fluent in clickup or similar project management tools
- experience with ghl, activecampaign, zapier, make, or equivalent
- comfortable across google workspace daily
- clear english communicator — written and spoken — in an async-first environment
- solves problems independently without being guided through every step
- based in latin america with availability to overlap us business hours (est–pst)

bonus: hands-on experience with claude, chatgpt, or similar ai tools — used practically, not evangelically.

The structure

part-time (20 hrs/week) to start — a structured evaluation period with a clear path to full-time. We pay for trial projects. If you're the right fit, this becomes a home.

Rate: $15–$25/hr USD
Growth: Specialist → Operations Lead → Head of Business Systems & Automation → VP of Operations
