Ooking for a top class office manager to take care of a very varied set of regaulr tasks and projects such as Translating documents from English to Spanish and vice versa. It will rarely be dull work as we always have new projects going on. In the first instance you'll be responsible for translating some pages of English document to Spanish and setting up our CRM for the senior team and keeping the activity up-to-date from two of the directors. You'll also be involved in a raft of varied administration tasks (kyc, aml, client onboarding, legal contracts and more), as well as assisting on new product collateral: website, product sheets and marketing. You'll be the right hand to the CEO and assisting with growing the team and potential for management roles in the future.
