Flagstone Roofing is actively hiring an Expert-Level Virtual Project Manager with deep knowledge of residential roofing production and estimating. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals with a strong background in managing subcontractor crews, material coordination, remote scheduling, and scope validation. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily production schedules, subcontractor deployment, and jobsite logistics
Review job scopes, permits, insurance claims, and material orders for accuracy and cost-effectiveness
Create detailed roofing estimates and validate scope vs. Actual work performed
Oversee project timelines and budgets, resolving issues proactively
Maintain real-time communication with crews, suppliers, and clients
Ensure all projects meet Flagstone’s high standards of quality and safety
Use digital tools like RoofLink, CompanyCam, SRS Portal, and Google Suite to track progress and document results

Required Qualifications:
Expert-level experience in residential roofing production management (U.S.-Based experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, insurance scopes (Xactimate or similar), and job costing
Proven track record managing multiple crews and large-scale project timelines remotely
Estimating experience—capable of reviewing scopes, supplements, and material takeoffs
Highly organized and efficient with excellent multitasking and communication skills
Tech-savvy: must be proficient in project management and documentation platforms
Available to work during U.S. Business hours (Central Time)
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
